Description: The Vegetation layer forms part of Figure 16: Priority regional ecosystems in the Biodiversity Network Blueprint (Part C) of the Environment and Liveability Strategy. The remaining remnant vegetation in the council area is made up of 75 different regional ecosystems. The map represents the spatial extent of the 26 priority regional ecosystems (refer to Appendix 1, Table 13 of the strategy). Targeting these regional ecosystems in the delivery of strategic conservation outcomes will assist in the long-term conservation of these vegetation types. This layer is for the purpose of the Environment and Liveability Strategy 2017 only.
