Description: Divides the five catchment management areas into local units for purposes of planning, managing and assessing waterways. Most SMAs drain to a single local waterway but some were split or amalgamated so that almost all are between 10km2 and 100km2. Manually refined from previous SCC subcatchment polygons using 2018 Council DEM, revised SCC waterways (2020) and aerial imagery. Areas outside SCC based on and refined from state datasets including subcatchments and waterways.
