Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>The </SPAN><SPAN>Council Controlled </SPAN><SPAN>Social Infrastructure </SPAN><SPAN>layer</SPAN><SPAN> </SPAN><SPAN>forms part of Figures 40-46 in the Social Infrastructure</SPAN><SPAN> (SI)</SPAN><SPAN> Network Blueprint (Part C) of the Environment and Liveability Strategy.</SPAN><SPAN> </SPAN><SPAN> It represents existing categories of: Community health and safety; Community use</SPAN><SPAN> </SPAN><SPAN>and Sport and recreation.</SPAN><SPAN> The purpose of this dataset is to provide an overview of the Council Controlled land area which has been dedicated to each of the SI categories within the ELS. </SPAN><SPAN> </SPAN><SPAN>It </SPAN><SPAN>is an internal only</SPAN><SPAN> layer</SPAN><SPAN> that</SPAN><SPAN> </SPAN><SPAN>was created using information from the 2017 ELS Community Facilities (land) layer as well as Pub.GIS.EnvvecCouncilControlledOpenSpace</SPAN><SPAN>, </SPAN><SPAN>Pub.GIS.StruvecBuildingFootprints2018 and Pub.GIS.StruvecFacilitiesSCRC</SPAN><SPAN>. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>The dataset </SPAN><SPAN>has been designed to complement the Strategic Open Space (Pub.GIS.EnvvecCouncilControlledOpenSpace) dataset. It will sit on top of the OS layer and areas that are within the OS can be identified via the OSFeatureID field. The OSSecondaryCategory is also be recorded in the dataset.
